Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g., coffee beans)

To initiate a return, please contact us at ahk2chan@afterrainls.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at ahk2chan@afterrainls.com.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There may be processing delays.
